Our placement process begins in Week 2 of the Fellowship - after you've had your first taste of our training and simulations. Some people prefer to jump into job interviews immediately. Others choose to spend a few days building their edge first - so they can perform better and grow faster. What mindset do you relate to more, and why?

I prefer to start applying and interviewing immediately, even if I haven't trained yet.I'd rather invest a little time first - I know it'll help me stand out when it matters.

In your field, what is one responsibility that professionals at your level rarely get - but you wish you could take on? Why?

Tell us about one extracurricular experience (outside academics/work) where you had to figure things out even though you weren't fully ready. How did you approach it, and what did it teach you?

This is an in-person training at our center in Mumbai
Our aim is to enable placements in vetted companies therefore you should be currently looking for a great opportunity
You pay us INR 5,000 + GST only after placement / nothing before or during the training
Our goal here is to demonstrate to companies that you invested time & energy to upgrade your non-technical skills and workplace wisdom. Our recruiters prefer this attitude and mindset over hiring candidates straight from LinkedIn.
Therefore you commit to attend all 4 training days (Sat/Sun) based on the start date you choose.
